As skiers, runners, mothers with babies, people working in front of computers, sitting or standing all day... we build a lot of tension around the hips and back. Even if you do some yoga - a lot of yoga practice focuses on hip opening, but, not all hips need more opening!
This yoga workshop will give special attention to our amazing hips and lower back from active to restorative yoga forms. Enjoy a practice that will engage, strengthen and build stability in your hips.
